It seems like Sunrun doesn't know how to make a plan and stick to it, every 90 days we have some new idea and direction to lead the company for quarterly numbers. It also seems like we stopped caring about what's right for the customer with these cycle time reduction ideas

A large portion of the employees truly care about the customer experience and doing the right thing for the customer
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Make a plan and stick with it for longer than 90 days. Living quarter by quarter isn't a clear example of how to run a business. Don't merge departments because of cycle time either, that's not what truly best for the customer
