
The ability to learn about all pieces of the entire process
There is a disconnect between leadership and the workload. If this perception was adjusted and accurate adn think a lot of things would fall in line
The range of talent and/or training is very extreme. I do not get paid to training everyone else. Everyone needs to be at a base level and that is 100% not the case.
I left retail mgmt making $75k a year,benefits and overtime to make $46k here. Told how difficult the transition is and blah blah blah. I have excelled in my position since day one and have not been appropriately compensated since. Multiple internal applications (10?) I have had two interviews.
