My team consists of responsible and hardworking individuals who are willing to do what it takes to be successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We live in the state with highest cost of gas, food and utilities. Yet our pay rates are based on the housing market which moves independently of the everyday expenses.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team does not care about anything but profit. And while I understand that making money is the end goal of this venture, it would help if the people in charge treated the ones who do the actual work better. An adequate raise to keep up with inflation would be a good start.
