I have been mentored by my manager to learn, develop, and grow in my career at Sunrun. I have worked here for almost 2 years and received 2 promotions within that timeframe. I continue to make my mark on the leaderboards with my team and prove that I am capable of managing our pipeline.

Fun team meetings - we play games and listen to music before calls/training start. Everything is very interactive.

They are consistently engaged in our development and training. They want us to succeed so that our teams will succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The "mindshare" - sharing tips and tricks to help make some of the work easier and give us time to focus on more important things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bi-weekly payments. I don't need to wait a whole month before getting paid for the work I'm doing now. There is consistency in this and I am able to manage and stretch my paycheck to cover my living expenses.
