Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current high cost of living and inflation rates, I feel that we should receive cost of living salary increases throughout the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team. We are able to discuss not only work related topics but family and home life as well in order to know each other better and work as one strong unit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that our leadership team is personable and reasonable. So often in a corporate environment, employees can feel as if they are just another worker bee in the hive. But Sunrun leadership makes effort to recognize their employees as individuals and make us feel welcome to be part of the team.
