Never once have I felt excluded in any way.

Clearly set goals. A mutual and professional understanding of goals and rewards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel safe and able to ask for assistance if I ever need anything. There are some really great people that are interested in bettering themselves and others.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I have the comfortability of working from home, being close to my family, and still being able to be a part of an excellent team of colleagues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constant adjustments to commission schedules make it difficult to do future planning. The commission structure's forecasted payouts are ambiguous and I am never sure if my commissions are correct or not-- there are constant unexplained adjustments to commissions that make me feel unsure of accuracy.
