I have been with Sunrun for over 8 years. I love the work/home life balance. I feel that I am able to ensure my children are taken care off, while still working 8+ hours a day to ensure my tasks and customer needs are met each day. I feel that I have a good manager who supports me & helps me succeed

Friendly, encouraging, supportive, and most importantly believes in home/work balance. It is EXTREMELY important, coming from a mom of two young children.

Clear, provides us with changes, new initiatives, updates, and lets is know new expectations and gives us tools to succeed in our role
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diverse, talented, cooperative, engages in social and fun activities, we have each other's backs, friendly, family/work focused. When someone is out, we always make sure they are being covered
What makes you most happy at work?
I am very happy with my manager Zach Hores. He is positive, gives us tools to succeed and allows us to shine and do what we do best so that we can get the job done
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are there for each other, we work well together, we ensure that everyone succeeds. We are not afraid to take time off because we know that everyone treats coverage like it is their own work. We are honest and work cohesively together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fairly compensated benefit package. My husband works at the nearby hospital and Sunrun has better health care benefits than at his employer. They are more affordable for a family of 4 in this day in age. Sunrun recognizes hard work and gives raises accordingly.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference, helping my peers succeed. Being the Sr on the team, I am here as a resource to encourage, praise and be there for my team when they need me. This is one the best companies I have worked for during my working tenure as an adult.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
fair pay, however, would like to see hourly rate go up. When I was made into a senior, I went to salary and then I went to Sr CX Pro and my hourly salary dropped $8. That was a big change. I feel like even with the commission being very lucrative, it's not always at the max, so it would be nice
