We pulled together when leadership seemed to not have any solid plan for changes, pulled together to problem solve and get on a more direct path
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being asked to go above and beyond for our position to ensure job security that is outside of a job description that is yet to be updated and provided to us. I would say honesty, integrity, employee appreciation, and Morale.
