The amount of work that is being done and not being paid well for it. Focus again is on sales not on back end operations
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executive/management team needs to be on the same page. Seems the ceo and other top people only care about the sales team and not the back end of operations who make things run. Ceo showed up at our office and did not even introduce herself to anyone in the office was more interested in sales
