Pay is good but with my qualifications, education, and experience, I believe it is under what it should be. It is very difficult to buy a home in CA with this salary

Many positions pay considerably better at other companies. Would like to have my compensation evaluated considering my background and performance in my current role. Would like to understand exactly what it will take to be promoted and have confidence in Sunrun's future/not being laid off.
