What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and I both seem to share in the same struggle sometimes in that we don’t individually have the power to make the changes that we long for. I do respect my leaders. Just wish that they had more power or control to make things
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I host ride alongs and the new guys on the team reach out to me for help all the time and I am not paid for this. I am basically just trying to help the team but it would be nice to be compensated for helping new team members.
