First year and a half was great, super positive and amazing Team culture and unified approach in decision making. Last year and a half has been the opposite. Team culture has been lost and constantly left in the dark of any impactful decisions

Great coworkers and interactions with out Teams, but that's driven by the individuals and not by Sunrun
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Wrong management in place in certain branches that is causing a litany of issues across departments, and creating a very negative culture at the branch.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overseeing multiple departments and teams, yet never seeing pay being adjusted to reflect the additional responsibilities and duties that take up each and every day. Meanwhile other managers are not held accountable or disciplined in any way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Do a better job of researching with the actual people working in the field day to day, and better understand the real world impact of decisions being made without any field experience or proper research. Cart being put before the horse constantly with this company.
