Our team drives initiatives that are directly related to company goals and we have seen the impact that is created through cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that there are others in my role that are paid more and have less span of control and responsibilities to maintaining the companies ability to operate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The introduction of the League has been a huge morale booster, however, the actual rollout so that every team can be included is hindered by technology and data resources.
