the 5 of us in this warehouse keep each other from going foolish crazy
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to look at scheduling (a shambles), Dispatching jobs is a financial drain, and the warehouse scrambles every morning to get it done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
i used to want to get to work in the morning, it ran smoothly, hours past and work was done,...now-a-days= we undo half of what we did, and redo it , just to see half of that come back as a cancel.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it's a BIG morale breaker when we leave on Monday, everything is all set for Tuesday AM, we come in and suddenly,5 or 6 job changes, and dispatch changes, we do double work, but we get the jobs out,...and the Operations get bonuses!
