They are engaged with the customers in the sales process and always seem to be working towards finding better ways and better solutions to improve customer experience and job flow
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that the company gives starting sales reps, the ability to earn ownership in a company. I think it's a great way to engage new employees and get them invested in the growth of the company.
