There are some of my colleagues in departments whose work is objectively much "easier" than mine and I know they are making a higher wage than me which feels demotivating. Also, the tuition reimbursement program could use an overhaul, it's disappointing that I can't use it at the school of my choice
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There's no follow up or sense of urgency from the majority of my coworkers. Emails and chats go ignored and I then have to get management involved to get an answer, and I would rather not get them involved because I know they have other more important tasks they need to work on.
