That there is a focus on creating an environment of positivity and to create a safe work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is team-oriented and willing to work together but also focused on completing their required task. There is also a focus on giving direction instead of criticism when improvements are needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being able to dig into accounts and find out what is holding it up in moving forward and being able to do what I can to solve that issue so that the account can move forward towards getting PTO for the customer.
