from day one I have been lied to about my personal career. Things were getting better and then they lied and took everything that i built away and gave it to someone in another state

my immediate coworkers are awesome we come together to get our job done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there's really no positives. Sunrun preaches safety safety safety but behind close doors its do what we have to to get the kw on the board
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not lying about what they are going to give you and then when its time to do that make up more lies about why they cant
