My Team that I have built is a Joy and they are motivated to work with. Seeing them grow and be successful makes me happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work 24/7 as retail managers. We technically do not have days off as we have to support our teams. Base pay of 50k is not a fair compensation for this situation. The commission tiers should be retroactively affected if we reach the highest tier. Com should provide us with cars or pay mileage.
