I am luck to be part of a great team with a truly fantastic manager and being a full-time remote worker is a huge plus for me. But honestly the rest is simply par or even sub-par when compared to other companies like Sunrun.

Once again, better pay for hourly employees that are in roles which would be salary/staff positions in most other companies.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Proper company structure at the company Officer level would be a great start. Better pay for hourly employees would also be a good step in the right direction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being part of a team that is hourly yet expected to perform as though we are salary in terms of overall workload and responsibility speaks entirely of being undervalued to me. The current environment reminds me very much of how Halliburton runs.
