What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid very well. I am also a type one diabetic and the insurance benefits are great.
What makes you most happy at work?
Sunrun has just opened so many doors for me and the ability to grow that work doesnt feel like work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That we are treated fairly and like human beings. The leadership team is invested in us and therefore it makes me want to invest in the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are pretty laid back and not micromanaged which allows us to not be stressed and make mistakes. We can work at a fast pace but without the stress we can be thorough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is amazing. She is the best leader and works hard with us and for us. My team is also amazing we all bond even though we have been working from home and havent met each other in person. However, my manager puts in the effort to keep us united.
