Lately I have felt that I am going to be laid off. I feel not included in decisions that impact me and my team. I feel that people are being hired because they are friends with the hiring manager vs. really having the qualifications. I never hear anything positive about what I am doing,

Hiring diversity, especially at the Director and VP level. Feels like those leaders are hiring their friends, that dont have the right experience, its all about who you know.
