Constant changes make things very unstable. There have been a lot of layoffs this past year. and more changes are coming.

When things move smoothly. And Sales reps are happy, customers are happy.

The team has a lot of energy, but doesn't seem to care about how constant changes affect the employees or work flow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wiuth constant changes and working with the company for over a couple years, my pay dropped 45% due to merging with departments and certain areas of the country are favored more than others, and only certain people and areas are set up to succeed.
