It started off good but Im losing confidence in Sunrun as a customer based company based upon the horrible experience so many customer experience during install, all while cutting our pay to boost profits for the company.

Pay your for performance and stop lying about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop cutting rewards. I won the Nike contest and after asking about it for two years have given up as Im constantly brushed off.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Don't cut our bonus and lie pretending its a raise. I've seen my bonuses cut by 60% and am doing twice as many installs as my first year. I guarantee none of the executives had a pay cut.
