Great people, sometimes feels like a big peacocking contest between leadership and how they position themselves up on a pedestal. Feel like everyone within the company struggles with the work life balance and that's where I'm struggling the most at the moment.

Recently if feel like everything is undergoing some big changes and we are addressing them but also we aren't at the same time. Ownership needs to be more of a priority because I feel like everyone is losing trust slowly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Often you feel like a number in a large organization, having a better ability to understand just how you are getting paid would help. The culture feels more cutthroat rather than fun and motivated, individual incentives or free food/snacks in local offices could help rally everyone together.
