We have team bonding activities that help us get along better.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team we have makes me motivated to come to work. I also feel like we all have the same goal for the day which is getting everything done before we go home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like us at the warehouse do a lot of work and take care of everything and deserve to get paid more. Maybe getting a bonus would make us feel appreciated and keep us working harder.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team and always get everything done before we leave home. We have fun while we work to make it a healthy work environment. We communicate with each other to make sure everything is clear and we do not miss a task.
