We see one another as equals. We are able to talk to one another and talk freely.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because another job equivalent to what we are doing is paying substantially more. Give better pay or bonuses and maybe more achievable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard together as a unit. We don't have to ask one another for help, we jump in and complete the task at hand together.
