When processes work and I am able to resolve Costco members issues efficiently and quickly. I am most happy when I leave customer happy
Transparency and communications. They expend a lot of time and energy to get the message to the employees where are we going and how do we get there
Its the only company that I have worked for that cares. I am treated as if I work for a small company where we are treated like people and not employees
as a escalation expert it is hard to get responses from other teams and departments with out adding a manager. Really enjoy interacting with my team and those that are interested in improvement
Our team is held to standards that others are not. My efficiency and motivation is eroded when I put in request for things and my manager tells me to just do it myself. It is very defeating when other departments are allowed to ignore forms of communication.
My manager states to bring things to them but when you do it is very dismissive and a comparison is made to when they were in the roll and how much harder it was at that time. I can not point out the flaw in the logic as when she was in my roll the success of the team was in question
