The multifamily leadership team is a highly qualified, specialized group that has created a great environment for challenging work to take place.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I met my goals, getting positive feedback from my clients and knowing that we are doing a good thing in the process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone jumps in to help, lots of similar interest in the group and people care about what they do. We work well together. Even though we are all remote, it still really feels like a team that is effective at getting problems solved and we keep things moving forward.
