The new commission plan was great last year and this year I am losing $1,000 /mo

Higher base pay and extra paid vacation for us long term employees if over 5 years
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sunrun is a great company and looking to transfer to a new dept. Since the new manager took over he ruined the whole team and buys poor leads for sales dept
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
New manager came on board May 2022 and ruined our schedules, buys horrible leads and making less in commissions vs last year. We need an increase in minimum pay $15.50/hr I have been here over 8 years and deserve a higher pay rate
