I think Sunrun could increase their pay a little bit and become the best company to work at in the world. They nail so many things but skimp out on pay. To me everything else they do to support me and compensate me outweighs the pay.

Sunrun pays very middle of the market but demands top tier talent. They should pay top tier talent top tier pay.
