My experience has been good for the most part. I just don't like being blamed for low numbers when all of my leads have already been called to death. I want some fresh leads.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There isn't much about leadership above my direct supervisor that I like other than they keep us posted on numbers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has always been there for eachother. We have always helped each other out no matter what is going on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment in general is really good. I just wish they would divide the leads up evenly. There is no explanation as to why some people get 40+ a day when the rest of the department barely makes 20 at the most.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like Zeus is being utilized in an inappropriate way. We have the same people at the top of the approval list constantly and they have been busted using false claims to get their approves while the rest of the department struggles to even get people to answer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I wish the leads were distributed evenly. Plain and simple. It was like we got setup for failure when they took flexabile hours away and then at the same time, numbers dropped and yet a few people continue to get all the approves but they get all the fresh leads so it makes sense they are on top
