My Supervisor cares about everyone on her team and is always there to help and assist in whatever we need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that each person needs to be compensated by how much work we do. There are certain areas that require a lot more work than others and we need to be paid accordingly.
