The unity and willingness to help eachother to get any problem solved regardless of the situation. MY TEAM ALWAYS HELPS!

Cordination Communication Work life balance Leadership/ upper managment Scheduling .. just to name a few.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When they leave me alone and let me do my job without inacting ridiculous policies that do nothing but harm the team and productivity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Culture in a labor position... this isnt an office job but we structure the company like it is? I have customers screaming at me and struggle with labor intensive work every day do you really think i care if sunrun cares about me as a person. Its a job i work for money.
