Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The cutbacks in my area have been sudden and have blind-sided many people. Those of us who are left still have ample amounts of opportunity to really shine and advance in the company. Metrics are very reachable, expectations are realistic, this job rewards people who are driven and passionate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how positive and passionate we are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too much of my paycheck is reliant on other departments and things that I have no control over. It's very frustrating.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Camaraderie, cohesiveness and endless support. My team is very close-knit and we don't hesitate to help each other out throughout the day, every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the way we're always looking for ways to resolve issues and create more streamline ways to get customers systems installed and Permission To Operate.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people whom I get to work with every day are what make me look forward to working every day. Solar's hard and my job can be a grind; the support and camaraderie of my coworkers keep me energized and inspired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the way our Leadership team is dynamic, highly capable and innovative. I love the positive, ambitious, empowering culture that leadership is cultivating. Leadership works very hard, but also celebrates enthusiastically and goes out of their way to support each individual Sunrunner.

THE PEOPLE. Sunrun is hugely dynamic: we're trailblazers and true leaders in the solar industry. Those of us who can hang with Sunrun get the best solar education and experience in the industry. Priceless, endless opportunities for those who are driven and capable enough to earn them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
By reducing the hourly pay of a CXPro by 20% and trying to motivate us with small spiffs, our pay is now directly affected by too much that is beyond the control of the CXPro. I don't have nearly enough opportunities to compensate with little $40-$80 spiffs.
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues, the company as a whole, having unwavering faith in our CEO and constantly being inspired by the people whom I'm surrounded by. I've never felt such amazing support and inspiration as I do while working at Sunrun; it's the single most rewarding career I've ever known.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a reflection of a cohesive, supportive, mature, capable group of true Professionals. The camaraderie among us feeds our passion for what we do. My Team includes one of the most talented and well-lauded Managers in the company as my direct supervisor; I couldn't ask for a better team!
