I feel the pace is aggressive and dynamic. In my current position there is little benefit to taking time for self. time off although paid is a determent to me. Everyone gets stuck in the hustle and meeting metrics that alot falls on the wayside. Anxiety is high for me everyday.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it's all positive, maybe a little too positive. I think it is ok to admit that something is not perfect. That doesn't always happen here.
