I'm a field sales consultant. I meet with homeowners and guide them through the process of going solar if they decide solar is for them.

Bring back the annual salary.

My income has been decreasing for the last 2 yrs, my salary and things I can expense have been taken away. I drive a personal car for work for which I get some money, but that has not increased at all in my 5 yrs here! Getting paid more would help, so would a base salary, higher car stipend, expense
