I have had a good experience overall. My team is great and the work is challenging but not stressful. I am paid fairly and the work life balance is great.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More transparency around significant decisions that the company is making. We dont really understand why we are making certain decisions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The communication from the executive team and leadership feels very one-sided and rehearsed. Important directors, VPs, and executives have left without any backfilling, leaving a large gap in leadership. There has been lots of turnover at the leadership level.
