Makes me happy that i'm learning a lot about logistics in general
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can ask anyone on my team to do whatever operational need is needed at any moment and they will happily help me. We have mutual respect which is nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm not to crazy about the culture or environment im in to be honest. I come everyday i do my job and i go home and leave everything at work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my opinion all of my leaders are great people except 1 so overall i am happy with the leadership, there's always that one person you just dont jive with in my experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued, i think 31.00$ a hour would be a fair compensation for the duties i fulfill daily. i make 27 so 4 more dollars would be ideal in a perfect world. Thanks for the question!
