They continue trying to improve but consistently miss the mark. Sunrun always puts a band-aid on wide spread issues without ever fixing the heart of the problem. Create regionally based pay plans, don't limit my advancement based on numbers i cannot achieve. Train or replace non-performers.

Progressive, forward-thinking mindsets. a good culture where people do genuinely seem to care about one another.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Each department is not held tot he same standards. Some flat out just don't do their jobs and are rewarded for it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
currently compensation is consistent across the entire country and all sales channels. I am expected to do twice the amount of work as other sales channels with no pay increase
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sunrun is not marketing in the new NEM 3.0 environment. We keep doing things that help conversation rate but not number of opportunities. whenever i ask about this they say "we are lowering prices." but that doesn't put people in front of sales representatives. Also please change commissio per area
