It has been a debacle from the moment I walked in on my first day. It has gotten better, but the constant changes can be very confusing. What am I supposed to be doing as opposed to what I have done? It is annoying that management has not figured out the best practices and job duties.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our insurance is awesome! Especially the Dental.

When I know I am getting the information that is correct to resolve a customer issue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Manager is super helpful and takes the time to understand the situations that could have been handled better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For my branch, we have knowledgeable people who can help you understand how solar works and what can and cannot work in a specific situation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to learn some of the tools that have been given to us to use instead of relying on others to give them the answer to their questions.
