We can speak freely with each other and hold each other accountable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not currently thrilled with the direction we are heading as a company. I see that the passion is still here, but our "Integrity and being "Human Centered" is lacking. We need to focus more on our customer's experience and each other while spending less time and money on things like the league.
