
Be clear on where the goal posts are set and incentive all areas of the business accordingly, not just the sales side. Bring together all the different departments to make it feel like we are all working towards 1 goal.
Some of the benefits that were shared with me in my interview and also offer letter ended up not being aligned with reality. I had taken a lower base salary with the understanding that what was verbally communicated and what was in my offer letter would come to fruition.
I feel this company is a revolving door outside of a select few departments. You don't find a lot of long time employees due to RIFs and other things out of their control. It doesn't feel like decisions made take into account the amount of time someone has invested into the company.
