Transparency, with all employees, to maintain a good work environment

Open communication, to work as a team, but looks like we are almost there
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO time needs to be increased 3.5 hours pre check in nothing, and we have no sick days floating holydays, so definitely, PTO need to be increased
