I enjoy it and would like to move up. I think work life balance should be promoted more. Sales is the heart of Sunrun. Without sales there is no Sunrun. Branches need to understand this, be more appreciative and cooperative. They are arrogant for the most part. Bridge the gap between sales & branch

They set clear goals and provide tools to accomplish them.

The trips and incentives that they offer to reward performance
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission. I think the salary should be higher. We work 11 hours a day and weekends.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We agree on almost everything and share common opinions and thoughts on what needs to be improved.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are worked too hard. There is very little concern for burn out and we are expected and told to work 24/7 if we expect to see results. This is what is expected of managers in order to be successful. We have too many responsibilities that should be other departments. CXpro team has not helped.
