I started in a different department and I was not successful but I was given the opportunity for a position that was a better fit for me and I have done well in the new role. I feel like I still have room to improve and that I am supported while learning.

CEO does a great job of focusing on the care of our customers and balancing that with the growth demands. The rest of her team are successful in implementation.
