Being able to help customers save on their bill.

I would feel better if they brought our compensation back up.

they will put their neck out for you, at least my manager any way.

They show that they actually do care- we are not just a person on the computer- we are valued.

I do not like hearing- You do not owe sunrun anything, if you find a better opportunity else where etc.. thats not a good representation of what sunrun stands for and it makes us feel as though sunrun would want us to find better opportunities.
