Clear, concise direction forward without continuous lay offs. My employees are living in fear that each month they me be laid off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I moved from a CX Pro position to a CX Manager position and my pay barely increased with my job duties increasing a lot. There are some CX Pros that are earning more than me even though I am a manager.
