Be more clear on the expectations of the person assigned to a position. Give fair time to improve if needed .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work as one team even though we have different departments. At the end of the day is all about the homeowners, our customers. We all work for them and as one team we get things done faster and productive.
