I never thought I would find a greater opportunity with work life balance and to be able to create the lifestyle I wanted after I got into the home alarms industry. I was wrong. This is the opportunity that I see people will look at in another 5 years and say, "I should have got in on that."

There is no limit to what you can make. You are only limited by your efforts

People are hungry. They can see the what is expected, and they know what is require in order to achieve those expectations
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The lead from the front. The are out in the field on the grind on a daily basis, setting the example of how it should be done.
What makes you most happy at work?
There are too many positives to count. What stands out the most is that I control what I'm going to accomplish. No one can take the opportunities that I have in front of me away from me.
